(P)inspiration Moodboard at Paper Issues

At the crop I attended this weekend, we got a sketch-challenge with a couple of twists. The first was finish the page in  just one hour.. The second was to include some items that  we got. I got some metal-rings. Better than the screws that some of the other girls got..
I immediately knew what to scrap as I also had seen a fun moodboard at PaperIssues

I really liked the yellow and green combination, and went for these pics that I have waited for a year or so to scrap. My son is waiting for a dolphin show to start, and is just as excited that his tongue turned red as for the dolphins..
It was finished in 20 minutes or so, so I made a second layout in the time we got.. That really got kicked in my inspiration to scrap more, and not to use so much time on each project. Maybe thats why I managed to finish 18 pages this weekend..

I don`t really think my son is beautiful when showing me his tongue this way, it is more a ironic title.. But the dolphinshow  was really great! They are really beautiful animals!

Paper Issues - Take Five: The sweet life

I have seen all the fun challenges over at PaperIssues blog, but I have never participated before. After spending the hole weekend at a crop, I decided it was about time to give it a go.
So - among all their challenges, I started with the challenge called "Take five" and ended up with this layout.
My five items for the challenge is: pink, turquoice/teal, stripes, glitter and 3 photos. I have numbers, stickers and diecuts as well - so hopefully it is ok..

All together I made 18 pages this weekend, so I guess I`ll post more frequently the next two weeks or so.. Many of my layouts are made with Crate Paper - as I have horded a huge stock over the last two years... This is made with Maggie Holmes/Crate Paper`s "Shine".
