Trying out Project Life

I am trying out Project Life... I said I never would - but I could`t resist any longer. This is my second page, and I found it really hard taking photo of it. Do you have any tips for me??

Since I am just trying this out, i have not bought any kits yet, but I have found all my leftovers and put them together to look like some PL-cards (I think). 

Last year I started on a Project 12-album - making a two pager for every month. I am now making the missing pages in PL-style, and if I like it I will make an album for 2014 as well..

I do not have the real thing when it comes to the plastic to put the cards and pictures in. I have some Share &Tell albums, and there are always 10 pages for putting photos in. They are all 6x4 inches, but I have cut some papers in 3x4 and it looks like the real deal;-)

I was so pleased with the paper I used on these pages. They are leftovers from a kit with Crate Paper - I think (or maybe My Mind Eye). 

I have also used some papers from Simple Stories - I thought they were nice together with my homemade cards:-)
